• All coaching and consulting sessions are scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Sessions canceled with insufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session or associated fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

4. Payments & Pricing

• Pricing for group coaching and HR consulting is customized based on group size, service scope, and session format.

• Payment is due prior to the start of each service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• ETJ reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

Embrace the Journey does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, or financial services. All guidance is coaching-based and should not replace licensed professional support.
