REFUND POLICY
At Embrace the Journey, LLC (ETJ), my goal is to deliver meaningful, high-quality coaching and consulting experiences. I strive to provide resources, clarity, and support that help you move forward with confidence and purpose.
Because every service requires time, preparation, and individualized attention, the following Refund Policy applies to all digital resources, coaching programs, group sessions, and consulting services.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Window
If you are not satisfied with the resources, materials, or coaching support you’ve received within the first 30 days of your purchase or program start date, you may request a refund.
To qualify:

You must submit a written request within 30 days.

You must demonstrate that you engaged with the material or sessions and feel the support provided did not meet your expectations.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
2. No Refunds After 30 Days
Due to the personalized nature of coaching, consulting, preparation, and customized materials, no refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase, program start, or first session delivered — whichever comes first.
This policy ensures fairness, protects program integrity, and honors the time and energy invested into each client’s journey.
3. Group Coaching & Organizational Consulting
For group coaching programs, workshops, or HR consulting sessions:

Refunds are only eligible within the 30-day window and before services have been delivered.

Once a group session, workshop, or consulting engagement has taken place — no refunds can be provided.

Customized pricing proposals, once approved and accepted, are considered final.
4. Missed or Canceled Sessions

Clients must provide 48 hour notice for cancellations.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited and are not refundable.

Rescheduling is based on availability.
5. Digital Products & Resources
Any digital downloads, guides, or written materials included as part of ETJ programs are non-refundable once accessed, opened, or downloaded — unless within the 30-day window and tied to broader program dissatisfaction.

All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 business days.
7. Final Note
Every client’s journey matters deeply to me. This policy exists to protect the quality, integrity, and time investment of the services provided, while still offering a fair and transparent opportunity for support if expectations are not met.
